The Craft
Within hours of harvest, olives are cold-extracted at controlled temperatures — preserving the polyphenols, the aroma, and the character that makes each batch distinct.
From Grove to Bottle
Hand-selected olives from long-established Tunisian groves, harvested at precise ripeness each season.
Pressed within 24 hours of harvest at no more than 27°C. Every polyphenol and aroma preserved.
