Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery — UK

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Standard delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders below £40, a flat delivery charge of £4.99 applies.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched on the next working Monday.

Express Delivery — UK

Express delivery is available for mainland UK addresses and delivers within 1–2 working days at a cost of £6.99. To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed by 12pm Monday to Friday.

International Delivery — European Union

We ship to EU member states with an estimated delivery window of 5–8 working days. All international orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Import duties, local taxes, and any customs charges levied at the destination are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on your destination country.

International Delivery — MENA Region

Shipping to the MENA region is available by arrangement for trade and wholesale orders. We currently work with partners in Tunisia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and neighbouring markets. To discuss pricing, volumes, and logistics for your region, please contact us directly at jamel.derbali@gmail.com.

Packaging

Every AL WASAT order is packed with care. Glass bottles are individually wrapped and secured within a box fitted with protective cushioned inserts to prevent breakage during transit. We do not use oversized packaging — all materials are kept minimal and are fully recyclable.

Order Tracking

A dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving our fulfilment centre. You can track your delivery directly on the courier's website using the reference provided in that email.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at jamel.derbali@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any damage sustained in transit. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
